So here we are again, a new version of the website. Multiple bugs and flaws (both function and cosmetic) have been fixed, in addition to a new theme put in place. I at least find it easier to read than the previous ones.
Recent posts has been moved to the far right and is displayed on every page for convenience. You can even mouse over them for the first few words of the latest post. :thumbsup: The emoticons and other icons have been cleaned up so they look nicer around the forums.
You may also setup multiple avatars for use around the forums. There should be an icon sitting by your current avatar that allows you to configure this.
Some other changes are the ability to "like" someone's status (which can be displayed on the forum index), and the latest post for a forum are listed below the forum rather than to the side of it. That may take some getting used to. The profile settings are also conveniently laid out on the right for easy access.
I also plan on send a mass E-mail to all registered members to try to get some activity back on the forum. For those of you reading this, it would be great if you could help spread the word and maybe get this community active again.

Last week, a new version of NovaCrusader quietly went live. With it, a bunch of bugs emerged. The previous theme used on the site needs to be manually upgraded to take advantage of all the new and upgraded functions. Some of you might of noticed the last post date around the forums has been a series of number.
To take care of these problems, I installed this template to get things working. I am curious what you think of this look, too. If you find any bugs, report them in this forum topic.

The topics have been converted, the members re-added, and everything should be fixed and ready to go. The layout and look of the site is still a work in progress, but most of the functionality should be set.

And so with this comic, I am officially relaunching webcomics on this site! I will be trying my best to get comics up at least once every two weeks, though my goal is once every week. I will be focusing mostly on the "Parodious" comics for now. I may pick up the others later, but I will eventually get them back online. The author of "In a world without plot" says he will also be creating new comics here. Do you create comics, but are looking for a place to host them? Feel free to send a request from the contact form.

I would like to thank all those who voted in the "Improvement" poll. It was very useful, and I plan on at least accomplishing the top results. The first to achieve and maintain the highest votes is a general forum clean-up, aka remove all the old posts. So, that is my goal for this week. On November 22, I will be removing all topics that have not been posted in for two months. I will also go through and remove old members who have never posted. Just in time for Thanksgiving (for US members). There will be about an hours downtime that Saturday, but since the process does not take too long, it will probably be shorter. And here is a work-in-progress coloring project for you all. This drawing was made back in the hey-days of WLA/WLM, but I decided to give it a breath of life. Since it is very old, certain things about it irk me, but I find the topic sort of funny. Enjoy! (I added the gallery finally)

Here you can recommend changes/updates/or just about anything else you would like seen done to the site. It can range from a simple change in color, to a new feature, to perhaps even a rule change/tweak or new forum section.
I cannot guarantee all suggestions will happen, but I am all ears and am more than willing to make this website better.
